Daytona is a place where the beaches and fun never end. With lovely weather and exciting nightlife, it’s no wonder Daytona Beach is such a popular vacation destination! I mean, come on, who wouldn’t want to visit the heart of the Sunshine State? And just as Daytona is home to “The World’s Most Famous Beach,” it also serves up some of the most famous and entertaining events around!
Bike Week is back in (almost) full swing from March 5th through March 14th. Indoor restaurant and bar capacity will be somewhat limited, but the outdoor vendors will be lining up Main Street once again, so get ready for all the racing engines, and leather you can handle, as well as plenty of live entertainment, great food and eye candy of the two-wheel variety!
Home to the nation’s most thrilling NASCAR races, including the Daytona 500, the Rolex 24, Coke Zero Sugar 400 and more, the world’s most iconic racing venue – Daytona International Speedway – is up and running again too!! While you’re there, don’t forget to check out all the shops and restaurants at One Daytona entertainment center right across the street.
And since Daytona is also known as the Festival Capital of Florida, hopefully we can get this pandemic under control so we can enjoy the three-day Daytona Blues Festival in May; the annual Celtic Festival with Highland games, Irish dancing, music and revelry; Daytona’s Fiesta Italiana with delicious foods indigenous to Italy; and the Daytona Beach Greek Festival seeped in Greek culture and tradition. In November, Daytona is also the annual host to the Halifax Art Festival, the second oldest continual art festival in Florida and featuring hundreds of artisans from across the country.
Finally, we ring in the New Year with an extravagant New Year’s Eve party on Main Street in Daytona Beach, followed by a dazzling fireworks show.
ACET Recycling is proud to serve Daytona Beach and the surrounding area.
